Refund policy

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately.  We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases for any reason except bathing suits or personalized items.  For these items, we will certainly offer a refund if they are defective, or we shipped the wrong item, and you are able to provide photo evidence of such.  As long as we are able to ascertain they are defective or the wrong item we will be happy to refund, exchange or provide instore credit, whichever you like.  For all other products:

It's ok if you changed your mind. These things happen. You cover the cost of return shipping. 

If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice. 

If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked. 

To start the process, please send us an email at artbyleslie935@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
  • A clear photo of a defective product, showing the issue
  • What you'd like (exchange, instore credit or refund)

 

Now for the nitty gritty – you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at the email provided. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.  The item will need to be returned in its original condition in its original packaging so do not throw it away.  A return label will be provided to you for return at no cost to you.
